Phase 8: Follow-up
The resting phase between decisions, and the plan year’s rhythm.
What Atlis does
Answers one-off questions from what he knows and says where the answer comes from, updates the household and re-runs costs when something changes, proposes recording a balance the employee reports, and raises the year’s moments: open enrollment, a new plan year, an FSA spend-down.
Across conversations
The program resumes where it left off. Fourteen fields collected along the way are kept when a conversation ends, so the employee never re-explains the household.
