Who the persona is
Identity records, always-loaded knowledge, how this deployment works, and how to use each tool. The same for everyone, and cached.
What it holds
The persona’s identity records (Core Personality, Conversational Restraint, Role, How I Answer, Boundaries), their sixteen identity dimensions, the knowledge module they always load, and the instructions for each tool they may call.
Why it is first
It is identical for every employee, so the model provider can cache it. It changes only when an Atlis administrator changes the persona, never with a conversation.
